Rubber Recess Former for Precast Concrete Lifting Systems
A rubber recess former is used in precast concrete production to position embedded lifting anchors and create a recessed pocket around the anchor head during concrete casting.
Made from flexible and durable rubber, the recess former fits around the lifting anchor and helps maintain its position during the casting process. After demoulding, the formed recess provides sufficient space for connecting a compatible lifting clutch to the embedded anchor.
Rubber recess formers are commonly used with different types of formwork, including steel and timber formwork. Depending on the mould design, they can be fixed using bolts, studs, or other mechanical fastening methods.
We supply rubber recess formers for precast concrete lifting applications. Different sizes and designs are available to match various lifting anchor types and project requirements. Customized manufacturing and OEM services are also welcome.
