Plastic Wheel Spacers for Concrete Reinforcement

Plastic Wheel Spacers are designed to maintain the required distance between reinforcing steel bars and the formwork during concrete placement. Their circular wheel-shaped structure provides 360-degree support around the rebar, helping achieve consistent concrete cover in reinforced concrete structures.

The central clip securely attaches to the reinforcing bar, while the open-web outer design allows concrete to flow around the spacer and helps reduce visible marks on the concrete surface.

What types of products do you specialize in manufacturing?

We specialize in the customization and OEM production of magnetic boxes, magnetic edge molds (including 4.5-meter U-shaped edge molds), embedded parts, magnetic forming devices, and magnetic chucks. With complete in-house production equipment and 14 years of manufacturing experience, we handle the full process from R&D and design to final production.

Our equipment supports high-volume output:

  • Magnetic box steel plates: up to 1,800 sets/day (8 machining centers + 2 grinding machines)
  • Raw material for magnetic box steel plates: 3,000 sets/day (2 high-speed sawing machines)
  • Magnetic boxes, edge mold buttons, magnetic forming devices, and magnetic chucks: up to 3,500 pieces/day across 12 CNC machines
  • Embedded parts: 500 pieces/day
  • U-shaped edge molds (up to 4.5 meters): 1 set/day
  • Stamped parts: 5,000 pieces/day (3 punching machines)

Our core machining equipment — including 8 machining centers, 1 large engraving machining center, 1 milling-turning machine, and 12 CNC machines — all operate at a precision of 0.01 mm.
