Reliable Connection Solutions for Precast Concrete Elements
A Connector Loop Box, also known as a Wire Loop Box or Wire Rope Box, is a prefabricated steel component used to create connections between precast concrete elements.
It consists of a steel box containing a folded wire rope loop, which is embedded into the concrete element during production. After the formwork is removed, the wire loop can be pulled out from the box to connect adjacent precast components, such as wall-to-wall and wall-to-column joints.
During installation, the exposed wire loops are arranged together and integrated with the joint reinforcement. The connection area is then filled with concrete or grout according to the structural design, forming a connection between the precast elements.
We manufacture connector loop boxes for precast concrete construction, offering different designs and specifications to meet various project requirements. Customized sizes, wire rope configurations, and OEM manufacturing services are available.
